Use the floating launchpad to store shortcuts to your programs and documents on your computer. Also stores shortcuts to your favorite websites as well! The launchpad's beauty is that is always there and doesn't take up any screen space! It can sink behind any other window, to bring it up just click on the main Floater and presto, there are your links!
